At Trackscents, we want you to be happy with your purchase and confident in what you’re ordering. Every item is crafted with care and built for the road.
No Returns on Scented or Custom Items
Due to the nature of our products:

All custom items are final sale

Any item that has already been scented is not eligible for return or exchange
This includes custom designs, personalized orders, and any air freshener or TrackPod that has been opened or used.
Issues With Your Order
If there is a problem with your order—such as damage during shipping or a manufacturing issue—please contact us. While we cannot accept returns on scented or custom items, we will do what we can to make it right.
Our goal is to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase and proud to run Trackscents in your ride.

If you have any concerns about your order, reach out within 10 days of delivery at ruggedcharmtx@gmail.com and include your order number and photos if applicable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
